A high-powered presentation platform with an action agenda for Africa and
the world, consisting of two days of plenary sessions of global wilderness
and sustainability issues addressed by experts and practitioners from
different perspectives, professions and nations. The cultural program each
evening presents an artistic milieu that emphasizes the international
importance of wilderness within a regional African context.
Delegate presenters include international government representatives,
corporate leaders, academics, scientists, educators and artists. Themes and
related objectives address political, social, economic and philosophical
aspects of wilderness protection and sustainability, and their relationship
to human communities, such as:
